I think this email from GRA at: deserves some bandwith - Article in today's Star Tribune quoted:
"The recession and higher gasoline prices have decimated the Irwin Jacobs company. Genmar Holdings Inc., the Minneapolis-based boat manufacturer founded and headed by Twin Cities businessman Irwin Jacobs, Monday filed for protection from its creditors under federal bankruptcy laws." |

Monsignor Patrick Melville McDowell, 81, died at St. Luke's Hospital, Duluth on May 19, 2009. He was born in Hibbing on March 11, 1928 to Ada (Grenier) and William McDowell.
